+ Full Body Cleanse

  Humans have a lot of waste hanging around their stomachs and intestines. Detoxifying your intestines will take about a week or so.

Take an herbal laxative (follow the instructions on the box) before starting this process, a day before your decision to complete this.


Full Salt Water Flush

1 litre of water - boil to a tea drinking temperature
2 full teaspoons of  natural, unrefined Sea Salt (no additives)
Juice from a Lime/Lemon - if required to offset the taste

Drink this every morning when you wake up. Throughout the day you will have to remember to drink water 8 times a day or more, while you complete the following body cleaner.


Intestinal Cleaner & Body Detoxification Juice

1 lemon
2 tablespoons of grade B maple syrup or organic honey
1 glass of clear river water (no chlorine, flouride or purification process)
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cardamom powder


Extra Ingredients
4 or 5 cloves
1/2 of a full garlic
aloe vera gel or capsules (preferably liquid aloe vera)
ginger roots


Start this treatment on a weekend, while you're at home. You can't eat for 5 days, and you have to take this drink at least 3 or 4 times a day. Otherwise you just drink water. This mix will make you visit the bathroom a few times a day, and it's designed to do just that. Your intestines will clear of all food and rot. Part of the reason humans have an extended stomach is enlargement of the intestines. Food has accumulated, stopped moving easily and to compensate, your tubes have taken up more space. This cleans your intestines and you will lose 1 pound for each day you do this.

If you have access to a pharmacy, buy some Aloe Vera gel capsules and take a couple of them a day, when you drink this mix. It's also recommended you eat 1/2 of a garlic. Garlic is an anti-oxidant- it helps clean your blood. You also have to buy some ginger root, peel it and eat one (in pieces) throughout the day. Feel free to put it in a blender and mix it with the recipe above.

Get active. Once you begin this treatment, learn your bathroom trip times and then go out for a walk, get some fresh air, change your habit and change your mind focus. While your body is cleaning itself, maybe even take the time to start throwing things out of your house as well... Humans really don't need all the things people surround themselves with.
