+ Smart Food Product:

People do not take the time to eat proper foods because they find it challenging to stick to any sort of diet. My generation has been raised on fast foods, television programs and generic jobs. Sitting down to a communal meal is something rare and often lacking in our days.

Health problems and body image issues are overwhelming to the point where "nobody cares" and a bag of chips is bought at the corner store to be eaten while sitting on the couch watching TV.

My solution is a smart food - a product containing 1/3 of all the human required daily intake of vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates - everything we are required to eat on a daily basis to maintain perfect health. And this food product can be taken 3 times a day to satisfy your body's daily needs.

It shouldn't be a chore to maintain health. And it shouldn't be expensive to get all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need to maintain itself.

Eating smart doesn’t have to be something cool flashed on a TV commercial. Eating smart can done on a daily basis. You can even make this product yourself with purchases at your local produce market or drug store.

You must be a moderately active human. You must be in moderate health. The information I have on this page is for an average person, average age, average health, average everything. I think I'm pretty average, come to think of it.

Other websites on the internet can give you your exact daily required needs. I'm making this average so it's easy to understand, easy to follow and cost effective for production. The following are a human's basic daily requirements for optimum physical maintenance.

I figure if all ingredients could be cut into thirds and made into a paste, add some flavour and make it cost effective - this could become a food product for those on the go, those who don't necessarily have enough money to buy real food but don't want to miss out on their daily requirements or even as fast snacks for students...

If I had a choice - I would more than likely choose my own food product if I were grocery shopping. Economical, efficient and no preservatives or other useless junk chemicals that are constantly bneing injected into human food products.
